Throughout the project, your dedicated implementations manager will work with you and our wider delivery team to deliver your tailored risk solution to meet your specific needs.
Our team follows our implementation process which is based on best practice and continues to evolve to provide the very best in customer service. Our 12 week programme is based on the following 3 phases:
- Phase 1 – Consultation, discovery and review
- Phase 2 – Solution build and integration
- Phase 3 – System configuration and roll out
We will work with you to advise on internal communications, offering our templates based on prior experience. We will identify and agree with you the most appropriate release method and timescales and once live we will monitor and liaise with you to ensure that the solution is working as expected and that you get the most out of your experience, and to ensure that the benefits are delivered and remain sustainable.
