With no legacy of security or contingency planning Drum Cussac consultant's delivered a full series of contingency plans based on thorough threat and risk assessment procedures, implemented a range of measures within an overall security development programme and managed the day-today security for the facility.

During this period incidents including offshore safety events, workforce strike actions and oil spill response were handled by the management team using the incident management procedures Drum Cussac had developed. Drum Cussac consultants advised on these incidents at all stages at up to Board level in addition to providing incident management services.
