A Drum Cussac consultant was engaged by Visionstream Ltd, an Australian company responsible for the construction and operation of an 8400km, A0m fibre optic cable link from Brisbane to Perth.

The consultant scoped, wrote and delivered a comprehensive operational readiness and scenario program to prepare the Executive and staff for forthcoming operations. He coordinated two 72-hour operational readiness exercises which tested all aspects of the company contingency and crisis management planning, with input from associated companies such as Leighton Holdings and Lucent Technologies.
