Drum Cussac are looking to recruit a small, robust and professional team to work on a 6 month project in the Middle East based on contract award, which is expected to be made on 20 May.  The project is based on the provision of a full life cycle Training Needs Analysis requirement, from initial project scoping, Operational Analysis, Gap Analysis and Course Design.  All applicants should have knowledge of the defence sector, and applications from those with maritime, air or land based experience is welcomed.  The project will be mobilising in the very near future with intitial scoping work required by 30 May. 
 
Applicants should have experience in:

• Strong experience of working within a Training Design environment and of course design.
• Previous experience and knowledge of DSAT or RNSAT is essential for this role
• Training needs analysis (TNA) experience is required
• Professional and flexible approach with the ability to work under own initiative
• Capable of establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships
