For customers with more than one CSO, our 24/7 service provides you with one central control number for your Ship/Vessel Security Plans. Our qualified emergency response centre duty officers can receive the calls on behalf of the CSO and then activate the call cascade system to contact the CSO or CSO designate.

For customers with no designated CSO, our CSO service will act as the CSO for the company, ensuring all regulatory compliance.
